large_image_warning
Processing very large images on iOS may cause out-of-memory crashes. The limit varies depending on factors like device type, current memory usage, other running apps, iOS version, and system configuration, making it difficult to set a definitive size limit.
As a guideline, images with a resolution equal to or lower than what the device's camera can capture (typically up to 12 megapixels on modern iOS devices) are generally safe to process. However, larger images might also work without issues.
We cannot guarantee against out-of-memory crashes with very high-resolution images. As the app developer, it's important to manage large images carefully and minimize your app's memory usage.
