Scanning a generic document from an image with the Linux Document Data Extractor Module
The Document Data Extractor module can analyze a single image (ImageRef) of a supported document type and extract its structured data fields.
You can configure the extractor using various configuration elements (e.g. DateValidationConfiguration, DeAddressParserConfiguration, EuropeanHealthInsuranceCardConfiguration, MrzFallbackConfiguration, etc.) to enable validation rules, country-specific checks, or supported document types.
Once configured, call the extractor’s extractor.run(image: ImageRef) method to process the image and receive a structured extraction result.
