Scanning a VIN from an image with the Linux VIN Scanner

The VIN Scanner analyzes a single image (ImageRef) to read a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

Call run(image: ImageRef) to process the image and receive a VinScannerResult that may include both OCR-based text matches and (optionally) barcode-based VINs.
