Scanning a medical certificate from an image file with the iOS Medical Certificate Scanner Module

The Medical Certificate Scanner comes with the ability to perform scanning on a still image. The scan(from:) method of SBSDKMedicalCertificateScanner takes an image as an input and returns the result.
