Scanning a medical certificate from an image file with the iOS Medical Certificate Scanner Module

The Medical Certificate Scanner comes with the ability to perform scanning on a still image. The run(image:parameters:) method of SBSDKMedicalCertificateScanner takes an SBSDKImageRef and scanning parameters as input and returns the result.
