Free Integration Support

We provide free developer support for the implementation & testing of the Scanbot SDK. If you encounter technical issues with integrating the Scanbot SDK or need advice on choosing the appropriate framework or features, please get in touch with us. You can simply join our Slack-Workspace or send us an email to receive your free support.

Slack-Workspace

Our Slack-Workspace is made up of channels, where our developers can communicate and work together with you. When you join our workspace, you'll create an account using your email address. You will get immediate support from our developers, who are happy to help you with your inquiries as fast as possible.

MS Teams

Our MS Teams is made up of channels, where our developers can communicate and work together with you. When you join our team, you’ll create an account using your email address or join via an existing account. You will get immediate support from our developers, who are happy to help you with your inquiries as fast as possible.

To join our MS Teams Channel, please send an invitation request to sdksupport@scanbot.io.

Email

To receive support via email, please name the SDK you are working with (Barcode Scanning, Document Scanning, or Data Capture) and send a detailed problem description to sdksupport@scanbot.io. We will reply to your inquiry within one business day.

Trial License

The Scanbot SDK will run without a license for one minute per session! To get an unrestricted, "no-strings-attached" 7-day trial license, please submit the Trial License Form on our website.

Please kindly note that a trial license can only be used in a development and staging environment. You are not allowed to publish your app to the App Store, Play Store or any 3rd party Android App Store with a trial license.

Support for Customers

As a customer of Scanbot SDK, you will have access to your own private Support Slack- or Microsoft Teams-Channel. In this channel, you will be able to directly talk to your dedicated Customer Success Manager and our Software Engineers.
