Scanning a European health insurance card from an image

Provided a still image, the EU health insurance card scanner can perform detection on the image and return the result. The recognize method recognizeHealthInsuranceCardOnImage of ScanbotImageRecognitionOperations takes an input of a still image, and returns the EuropeanHealthInsuranceCardRecognitionResult.
